If your bday is this week...
Curious to know how your birthdays affected you growing up. Typically I've always considered this "the forgotten week." The dead period between Xmas and New Years. No one is around, the weather usually sucks and everyone is ready for the year to be over. Not to mention in many families as a kid your bday / holiday gifts were combined.

my girlfriend is currently 38 weeks pregnant...i am hoping the baby can hold off until after the 1st at least...but who knows. not really crazy about having her birthday be in the 'forgotten week', lol.

Mine is 2nd January - Try getting someone in the party mood the day after New Year - It really sucks...
I think it was my 18th when we kept the party going into the second - Never happened again..... |

Growing up I had a friend whose birthday was on December 26th. Once he got to about 8th grade he loved it because if he wanted something big as a gift that year he would pitch it to them as being his Christmas and birthday gift. Also, he was never in school on his birthday which was nice.
