As long as Americans support the "war on terrorism" story that has been going on since 2001....all presidents, past and future, will be considered war criminals. Just a choice the citizens of the United States have made. As Bush Jr used to say..."either you're against us...or you're with us"

The terms "war criminal" and "war crimes" are used too often.
Recently in Afghanistan US troops opened fire on multiple buildings with civilians in them, and dozens of people were killed. This is not a war crime. US troops were fired on from those buildings, and returned fire. In a combat situation you cannot call a time out and investigate if there are civilians in a certain location. A war criminal is someone who intentionally targets civilians. This means someone has to say "I want every civilian in this town killed". Also, you can never ever claim a war was "illegal". There was a lot of discussion about the war against Iraq being illegal. There is no law about declaring war on another country or attacking another country.

Actually I disagree with this...there is a law in the Constitution Art 1 that states Congress shall have the power to declare war...however I know that many wars don't have a specific declaration associated with them...some examples are the Iraq war and recently the Libyan war...they were initiated by UN resolutions and funded by the US congress...therefore congress had their "say"

I guess the other question I immediately had is why is a video from 4 years ago really that important?? We (assuming most Americans are somewhat intelligent) already knew that we were supplying arms to ISIS in Syria to help them...we did the same thing with Al Quaeda ages ago...and it certainly should have been no surprise that we were using drones 4 years ago to take out targets in our war on terrorism
So why all of a sudden are the people that are vocal about Trump being the best thing since the Emperor got clothes posting libster videos from Ireland?? |

the US army exists for the sole purpose of attacking other countries, they are all war criminals and everybody who commands them is also one...if the USA had to pay war reparations to all the countries it invaded, americans would literally be starving to death...
here are some examples where the US army protected US soil after WW2: -none- if any other country did this it would get branded a terrorist nation...there is no diplomacy with terrorists and no nice way to reach an agreement...they will keep invading until somebody stops them...it is up to the world to arm the fuck up and fight any way possible... and no this is not an anti american thread it is a "pro world" thread...america is only 5% of the world and I hope the other 95% nuke up quick...

So anyone who goes to war that results in civilian casualties is a war criminal and the war doesn't result in a great win.
Stupidity at its best. The West should have backed Saddam, Assad and Gadhafi to save lives. They're evil men ruling other evil men. Now the West is backing Iran another group of evil men. Let's see how that goes. |

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2004/sep/16/iraq.iraq MPs say Kosovo bombing was illegal but necessary Nato's bombing of Kosovo last year was illegal under international law, the Labour-controlled foreign affairs select committee is expected to report today. After an inquiry into the foreign policy implications of the Kosovo crisis, the select committee has concluded that Nato is a defensive alliance and has no powers under its treaty to conduct a humanitarian operations war without the specific authority of the United Nations. https://www.theguardian.com/politics....politicalnews |

this was actually a necessary bombing because it surgically removed the cancer that is kosovo from serbia and it is now the problem of the EU...serbia will never ever ever ever ever ever recognize kosovo as an independent state SO kosovars will never ever ever ever ever ever be able to enter serbia with their passports...it is the biggest favor the west ever did to serbia...kosovars have like 10 children each and breed like locusts...I know because I am kinda from kosovo...even at this rate they are losing 5% of their population every year because they go to the EU...
even though the US bombing was a terrorist and criminal act, focused on nothing more than the arms industry having shit to bomb, serbia should build bill clinton a statue and name streets after him my message to fellow europeans: enjoy the kosovars : 1orglaugh

They don't care and they won't see them and will export them back in Serbia like they export all shit there.
As you saw yesterday, Albanians came with guns, armored vehicles and tried to put the explosive on the rail. And what European pussies did? They said it is not their problem. Again, Albanians went against all agreements and everything that was negotiated and was ready to start the war again. There is only one solution for this and it is a matter of time at this point.
