Have you thought of asking them for whatever you need? From our experience most affiliates these days use their own pre-sale landers, banners, etc and would not use them if we made them. Of course if they are requested we are happy to accommodate their needs.

Their sites are very outdated and probably all of them are not responsive so it is a big no no.
