Trump shooting his mouth off during the election, and during this case, shows his intent at harmming innocent peole based on religion. I would LOVE to deport all christian radicals, but we can't because of the constitution. The problem with this executive order is the way it was rolled out and what it accomplishes. It was rolled out with little thought or consideration, and with zero planning. The executive order accomplishes nothing - It is targeting countries that have never caused a terrorist strike in the United States while failing to target countries that either have caused a terrorist strike in the US or has much more potential.

What the Trump administration should have done was had a review of the vetting process (which seems to work rather well) and then ordered a dramatic reduction of refugees across the board from ALL countries, as well as limiting other forms of entry.

The Trump administration did exactly what we thought they would do.... They have no clue of what they are doing or how to do it, and they are just doing things to make it look like they are "doing something". They do not seem to understand that they run the countries, but this is not a political campaign where they only answer to themselves. There are policies and procedures in place, and laws that must be followed. Conway learned that today - most likely this was a law she didn't know existed.

A simple thing like making a phone call requires hours of briefing - what to say, what agreements we have in place, what not to say. He called Russia and nearly shut down the START treaty.
