Public Confidence In The U.S. Economy Hits 10-Year High
 Before you get too ecstatic ... It is too soon to credit Trump -- he has made no real economic policy changes yet -- mostly bluster. I was listening to a Stansberry Research ad-video last night and the speaker was saying that the market was melting UP^ at first I dismissed his theory but after looking at 2007 then 2009 on this chart I am reconsidering what he said. For all you naysayers of US economic might  We are definitely in the game or at least believe we are  Interesting rental vacancy pattern -- in the swing and core Red states that Trump won -- vacancies increased a lot in many cases in the last quarter of 2016 I see. https://www.census.gov/housing/hvs/d...15_16_rvr.xlsx |
