Yeah - I think I will get another desktop - They are so much easier to fix...

It's just the fan in this last machine that has gone but it's impossible to replace.....

these are on the market soon, the next level of Chinese tablets are as good as any old laptop, That Chuwi brand is my fav, they have two normal USB slots in them so you can just plug in a full sized keyboard and mouse/usb backup when ya need them.

They do look nice - I would have to have something else as well though and I just can't afford it ATM...

I've never had a problem with a laptop.

Very few problems with PCs in the past ten years also. My huge Alienware PC here... A few years ago one of my video cards died but it had two video cards so.... No big issue.

I'm thinking of ordering this Intel computer stick with Windows 10 preinstalled. It's basically a laptop with an HDMI port. It plugs directly into your TV and connects to your keyboard via Bluetooth. Connects to WiFi. Etc it even has 2 extra USB ports to connect external drives etc.

That is amazing... Pretty soon we won't even need laptops.

Right now I am in my "back office" on a little Microsoft Surface Pro 4. It's hooked up to a monitor and I am using a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. It's awesome - and great for traveling.

This was my set up last month when Jay and I went to the ANME Founders Toy Show in Burbank...

With a 3.0 USB hub, you can have extra storage at will .
