Whatever support contact they have posted in NATS has worked for me in the past. Emoprofits is the same people, I have sent Jay this thread on icq.

I don't use ICQ anymore, you can reach me by email:

1. [email protected] is our main support channel and anything addressed to me gets assigned to me
