What are good ones with 24/7 rock solid chat support.
And if you are the company, what can you offer me for $55/month?

I need FREEBSD & Apache, MySQL a few dedicated IPs (9 at least) and some customizations, e.g. apache logs access, custom apache config, varnish cache, ssh access, monthly backup

I do most managing myself but I occasionally need some support.

Question is how much bandwidth you need.
If you can offload a lot of your bandwidth to a CDN, you might be able to get away with something like vps.net or linode for the main stuff.
