300x250 vs Native RPM
Webmasters, how are your traditional 300x250 banners doing vs new ad formats such as native? Is native working for you? Asking as a media buyer.

Native can refer to a lot of different things. I haven't tried any ad network's 'native' solution (which really don't look native to me) but I've had great success with pushing traffic to affiliate offers using my own custom-built native ads. For example I added an 'online now' section to my homepage using the chaturbate json api, showing their top currently online models with css to fit the rest of my site. Its making way more than my 300x250 NTV banners, and those are displayed on every page, not just the front page. So like 10x as often...meaning the native ads have like 15x the cpm of the ntv banners.
