YNOT is reporting Kink.com sold the Armory for $65 million.

I've been to the armory a dozen time for various events.... Every time I found it amazing. What a great place for shooting bondage content....

According to another article I read earlier he paid $14.5 million in 2006.

But they put a lot of money into the building... The SF Armory constantly needs expensive repairs. The lower levels have been poorly maintained through out the years.

I recall receiving a full on private tour in late 2007 before any major renovations took place. It was pretty awe inspiring. I'm very proud to say that YNOT and Kink.com hosted some amazing closing night parties when we were doing our tradeshow in SF years ago.

I went there once during a YNOT show. Seeing Ultimate Surrender up close was pretty awesome.
