The world's largest bottler of Coke shuttered its operations in a town in southwest Mexico on Friday. Coca-Cola Femsa said the shutdown was prompted by constant aggression from organized-crime groups. Attacks on big companies and multinationals have been rare in Mexico in the decade since the country ramped up its war on drugs and organized crime. this is a different type of problem completely...it is easy to identify who the gang bangers are...pick off 5000 at random, send a "be good" message and they probably will be good...if not, 10K then 20K its only a matter of K before they be good...start with prison population...

no problem hire the foreign legion...death squads in armored cars...purge...when you kill off half their buddies they will reconsider their violent ways...you will never stop trafficking but you can change the violence and lay down the new law...citizens and companies must be left alone or another purge is coming...they should also make a list of criminals who are "Fair game" this means you can shoot them on the street and you do not go to jail for it...free murder pass...

everybody knows who the criminals are...especially the police...you do not even have to go after the bosses...kill off every gang member in prison and find like 5-10K known thugs in the street and kill them off as well...then give them a choice to remain trafficking, but they have to leave the population alone and be low key as shit...or another purge is coming...
