What makes Macron so keen to cosy up to Iran?

It's a State that sponsors terrorism, a State that allows votes but ultimate power is in the hands of the Mullahs, executes gay people, follows Sharia law, etc.

As for nukes, they won't use them as that would be like signing their own death warrant.

A deal involving the all the big players in the international community was negotiated over several years with Iran.

A deal which was designed to give all parties a way forward. Including Israel.

A deal which has public and private aspects that Trump knows absolutely fuck all about.
