If we don't care about the environment as much? Looks like the EPA is cutting more regulations, as every year the HEAT is getting more unbearable, More states have severe drought then ever.

IF we care about our health as much, we would start considering what is around us versus what is inside of us.

If there is water shortage in a few years, I doubt working out will be on the priority list.

Thoughts?

I am forty-nine years old, and very healthy. I do not even get colds. I am, however, overweight. In fact, I am obese. I exercise all the time, try to eat right.... I got down to 200 lbs but then.... Christmas. I am trying to stay healthy because I see people in the late sixties and seventies and..... My mother is 71 and the stairs in her condo kicks her ass, while I have another friend who is 71 and he bikes fifty miles a day.

As for the weather.... Yeah, it's getting hotter.

When the Great Spear War of 2031 comes, do you want to be gasping for breath every time you need to chuck a spear 50 yards at a watchtower guard? Do your cardio/conditioning and eat your veggies. You can either be the one spearing, or the one getting a spear through the esophagus.

Fuck being healthy. Yes, I'm a tad overweight but I can still touch my toes and can see my dick. It's funny cause I'm 6'4" and the net says my ideal weight should be 200lbs. Back in 2008 when I was in the hospital for a month (bad fall) I got really sick and couldn't hold down food and got down to 198 lbs. I kid you not all my ribs were showing and I thought I looked sick.

I do have gout and for that, I take 2 cherry pills a day and I gave up beer and now drink vodka instead. As long as I take my pills I don't have gout attacks.

I eat what I want and I drink what I want to and fuck anyone that tells me I can't..

I feel your pain, Gout is painful in the extreme. The killer for me was Lobster, which i love and here in Maine its abundant, but fuck it gives the very worst gout attacks. So sadly i have to do without
