These platforms are not social charities funded by benefactors for the good of free speech.

They are companies funded by advertisers. Without the advertisers they cease to exist.

Large platforms like have become public forums, and ergo mustn't censor either side. Sure, the advertisors pay the bills but when you have reach to 50% of the world like youtube does certain responsibilities come with that.
