It's a great idea and I'm happy for them, but it's not anarchy.

They say in the first few minutes of the video that they have patrols and govern themselves. This is just self/small local government but it seems to be working for them.

this may seem like great results short-term, there's no way you can say this is a good idea because a small town full of people didn't kill and rape each other.
