| Cut out sugar and other carbs. If you have carbs make sure it's from fresh fruit and veg - not fruit juice. Eat as much fat and protein as you like. There are essential fats and essential proteins but there are no essential carbs. Also keep it balanced, don't just eat one or two types of fruit, eat them all.

maybe work on making better what your currently doing, so if your eating more salads, its going to be useless unless your making your own dressings, commercial ones are full of sugar, salt and weird chemical shit. some base pantry items to make your own good ones will be: Balsamic vinegar white vinegar redwine vinegar olive oil extra virgin olive oil Dijon Mustard Fresh Garlic Fresh Thyme Fresh lemons black/ white peppercorn grinder Maldon Sea Salt have the above ingredients in your pantry and you'll be making awesome dressings for years

Goats Cheese, Crackers, Edamame, stuffed olives, Phở soup These things all contain obscene amounts of salt, if they are your go to snacks... your eating yourself into a heart attack. Salt is as addictive as sugar but kills FAR more.. https://www.forbes.com/sites/daviddi.../#4215d669432d Low salt/ reduced salt these are marketing phrases to make you buy salt saturated products. 1 teaspoon of salt per day.. is the human diet limit, you have more then your doing arterial damage 1 teaspoon = 5 ml / 4.2 grams the only way your going to know, is by deciphering the packet, my advise is .. do some research, set your own levels, get one of these magnifying glasses with lights, blow a big fat joint, spend the rest of the day going through the cupboard, anything that is off the charts, push it to the side. Next time you go shopping look for a replacement with half the amount of salt. Also grab yourself a bottle of Thai Fish Sauce, its a salty as fuck! but its a natural unrefined salt of thai stuff ;) The Thai add it to everything, in place of salt My wife has Conn's syndrome, its an adrenal gland issue https://www.labtestsonline.org.au/le...onditions/conn Once she was diagnosed, the first thing we had to do was look at every salt intake in our lives and make changes, but it made me realise we all eat cups of salt a week, they put it in everything and there is always a lower salt alternative.

 | This is a very strange question, because it's boring to eat the same food everyday. Personally I'm used to have a different menu. For example, yesterday it was a sandwich with cheese, onions and salami + chicory drink and mint tea at the morning. After that it was a Russian chicken borsch with greens and sour cream. For the dinner I ate grilled chicken wings with vegetables (tomatoes, celery, onion) and pepper sauce + 3 cans of non-alcoholic beer. Before to go sleep I ate about 150 grams of chocolate ice-cream. Plus a couple of bananas, cashew, almond, hazelnut and about 50 grams of dark bitter chocolate. Today my menu will be a way different. We rarely visit restaurants and cafes, so I and my wife are used to cook everything at home. Perhaps I'll won't be so lazy and make a Thai Tom Yum soup with chicken broth, coconut milk, seafood, roasted garlic, mushrooms, peppers, etc.. Maybe tomorrow I'll ask my wife to make Asian pilaf and cheese soup with mushrooms or French garlic soup for me.

Sir I would very much appreciate it if you could post your wife's "Russian chicken borsch with greens and sour cream" recipe. Just how you have it at home.

Indeed. Steak is a rather expensive food (especially if it's a good rib-eye part of Black Angus. Also I don't think it's very healthy to eat it every single day. Once a week or so should be ok IMHO.
