I curious if anyone knows of an API that is friendly for porn that will do automated or scheduling for Social media accounts?

Not exactly an API but HootSuite allows adult and covers all the major outlets.

I don't remember their name, but there was someone on here not too long ago that had something that allowed you to automate tweets. You could write a bunch of tweets in advance then schedule them to be posted when you wanted. I can't remember who they were, but you might do a search to see if you can find them.
