“(Name redacted) said that he has been back to see Mr. Dave at least 10 additional times since the first time," the report states. "He said that each time he has been asked to perform acts of fellatio and sodomy with David Stringer."

According to the police report, one of the boys Stringer was accused of raping had a developmental disability.

Stringer later accepted a plea deal on some charges. But few details of Stringer's sentence are known because a judge expunged the case, erasing the court records.

I get a notice on my door every other month for 3 blocks away around here.
Getting scary if I had kids. I know some of it is from sexting and they had no idea they were under age, not really the scary type.

But this must have been expunged before those newer laws came to place.
But it is state rules and they must be late to the change.
Some lawyer needs to make him register, but I doubt that can be done now. The damage has been done and your not going to reverse it without new evidence.
