Well its because they basically helped eradicate Aids in the south pacific, they did a much better job than any regional Governments and was one of the main reasons the Australian Gov pulled back their efforts and funded the Clinton Foundation. Effectively they saved tens of thousands of lives in this area meanwhile... Trump was using his foundation to buy pictures of himself. |

So the Clinton Foundation is still open, while the Trump foudnation was ordered close because they violated the law.
