We don't have such a fetish hire. I live in a country which is located almost along whole planet from West to East. So today a fried chicken, tomorrow will be Japanese sushi, then pelmeni, then (a sunrise) borsch, shawarma, shashlik, steaks, Italian pasta (spaghetti and course pizza), French garlic soup, fermented fish in Swedish/Holland style, sauerkraut as Germans do it etc. Everything is became a national cuisine. P.S. I have no horse, so I can't afford a home made kumis, but everything else I can do by myself. Maybe some dishes like Filadelfia sushi rolls and borsch my wife does better, but everything else... just easily.

The guys on the picture (it's a Kazahstan or Mongolia - a I don't know) milking a mare. But they don't sell her milk in bottles like a cow milk. Her milk is being femented like a vine or a beer. Yes, it has an alcohol (not more that in a beer, but it has it).

We are living between East and West. So every type of food a normal thing here (we don't eat dogs or cockroaches or leaches), but everything else is ok here. E.g. the Italians say that American pizza is a shit.



We here have no problem with both. The Italian guy will puke of a Swedish/Holland fermented fish. A Russian will say: "good, give me two!" This is a thing we eat all the time.
