1. tube aggregator like tubegalore?
2. porn list like porndude
3. paysite with non-exclusive content
4. move to mainstream

I am ok to partner with some guys who got time and experience

Move to mainstream. I push premium themes as an affiliate. Recently off one theme I made 18 sales off 192 hits sent which made about $290usd. Everything converts so much easier and people will pay more for the right tools.

Think you meant the opposite. There is definitely money in porn but no money in bitcoin. Bitcoin price is way to high to make any money now. But there is definitely money in crypto currencies if you are buying and hodling. Use 5 K to design and set up a VOD site in some sexy and kinky niche ( lesbian is easiest)
Use the rest ( 10K) and make the initial 10h of material...
