Best outdoor webcam w/o WiFi

Looking for recommendations...
Need to put up a webcam at the barn to keep an eye on the horse; maybe 2 cams.
There's no net out at the barn, so it has to work on a wireless network.

Look for some of the Hunting Camera with GSM/4G - I have that on the back of the barn, with motion-detection on.

Alternatively, you should look for 4g Gsm Foaling Camera System if you want on-demand access all the time
