be informed about service and utility bills...you already have 190$/month maintenance, also the carribean has shitty electric/water infrastructure and it is not cheap...you may end up paying in excess of $500/month for this...next thing you have to consider is the location...on the internet everything looks great...
I passed on a 5000$ lot of land in the bahamas because electricity and water were a big unknown...building costs on that specific island was incredibly expensive because it is so remote...it is absolute paradise tho... |
