Business Any TIPS for a New XXX Community/Paysite!!

I have (2) questions but will give a quick overview 1st.

- Innovative & new Community/user-generated amateur porn site targeting the college/frat guy niche. Think of Barstool OR TheChive but with XXX.

1.) What would you say are the TOP (3) deciding factors that convert new users on a paysite to paid members?

2.) Which male traffic do you feel converts the BEST: Reddit/IG/Twitter?

the amount of updates and the content will always be a main factor, also price and what they get...

just photos and film is not always a great conversion these days, maybe to read a blog or have next party to be filmed story can give a good conversion

Sounds like an interesting project. I would consider having a presence on all of the social media platforms and using your analytics to see what converts best and scale from there.

----> You're correct on keeping the content super fresh & with constant updates, thus I'm going to gamify the platform & reward for activity & site participation. My background is mainstream tech. so I look at this differently I think than the typical porn site - which is like, "Here it is, come and get it guys". Consumers overall & more tech savvy millennials are looking for more of an experience & they will pay for it.

Thanks Zuzana, I have a good feeling on it & bootstrapping it's softlaunch currently. I've found an IG guy with a strong following that can run the IG, but keeping an out out for Reddit mods now also. Twitter I think is kinda a non-factor for the niche I'm going after. I've a couple channels I want to approach for sponsorship/promos & currently developing a strategy for FB.
