Hi!

Working on a project and I'm looking for help finding banks that are "adult-friendly" - I'd like an API to make ACH payments out to performers... Any advice or referrals would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately no advice but a true question out of genuine interest:

Can an american bank really refuse an incoming ACH payment?

They can at any time terminate an account without explanation.

https://www.firstent.org/ is (or was, as I haven't checked in awhile) the only bank I know of in USA that is OK with adult provided you are a FSC member and are in LA county.

Otherwise, you're SOL if you want to be totally open with what you do. Cannabis has nothing on the type of stigmatization our industry faces.

Banks can close your account at any time they please. But I'm more concerned about payouts (outgoing ACH API)
