Google doesn't roll out updates on Monday unless they pre-announce it and then slow roll it out. They generally only do updates on Friday. This looked like an update that leaked out in to the wild before it was ready. Highly likely this is a preview of a future update.

Looks like google is buggered - it loads UAE google on google.,com/ncr which should load without any country redirect lol
