there are a ton of movies and shows with teen sex and drug use, all seems to be totally acceptable, and many even have actors under 18. hollywood has been ok with pedo since blue lagoon.

I really can't agree with you about Big Mouth - When in context - Sure, its teens (As you say, animated) going through puberty, but it's also funny as fuck! I wish I had had a show like that to watch when I was going through puberty, because it deals with all sorts of issues such as unwanted erections, wet dreams, first kisses etc, in an educational, sensible and humorous way.

I cant speak about cuties as I have not seen it, nor will I be setting a reminder either, but if I had children now, who were of the age to be going through puberty, I certainly wouldn't stop them from watching big mouth... I'd probably encourage them to give it a look...

The fact that it's funny only makes it worse. It's still showing an animated 13 year old's dick. Still not appropriate.
