I don’t think many trump supporters are conservative. Many are libertarians or independents. I would agree with you normally, until the recent paradigm shift. There are very extreme SJW's on the left who may consider porn "bad" or similar, but they're a pretty tiny percentage. The entirety of the social conservative block, however, views what we do the same way they view abortion and gay marriage.

You're right. His main base is certainly a hodge podge of no real belief system other than liking the right leaning, populist rhetoric he spews. However, he picked Mike Pence as his VP to get the social conservative vote - a vote that without, a GOP candidate cannot win the WH. He still panders to them.

Though I think anyone with a brain recognizes that Trump views social conservatives probably with the same disdain as I do.

I feel you. I went through that phase as a kid. Church this church that. It’s good to have diversity of opinion on the court. Make no mistake, religion is under attack. It’s a founding principal, it’s probably important to keep around; pragmatically at least, minus the fire and brimstone
