UK-Based Porn Site - Tax Question
Hi Guys,
So I'm building out a tube site at the moment in a niche - I'm by no means expecting it to explode as soon as I launch but I'm trying to be as prepared as possible (site runs ads and affiliate content). I'm based in the UK - what is my best bet tax wise? Is it better to register with HMRC as a sole trader or set up a limited? I work full-time on top of this so I'd rather avoid sole trader if possible as it will mess with my primary job tax code. Also trying to avoid have to back-account everything if it gets to the point where I'm forced to set up a limited. Hope this make sense - does anyone else have any experience of this? |

As I recall there's some amount you can earn and declare as extra income without having to actually become self employed. I wouldn't go down the ltd co route until you know how much you're making.

before worrying about tax, although, a second income wonīt effect your tax too much, itīs added to your first and then you just pay the tax as usual...
but go into your site and make your uploads either 403 forbidden or put an index page in there with a link going to your main page... https://twinkcentral.com/wp-content/uploads/ itīs open atm
