Anybody have the new M1 processor Macbook Pro /Air - GoFuckYourself.com

I just bought one few weeks ago (takes a month to ship) just wondering if there is any feedback with the new M1 processor since it is the 1st Generation. Specifically I want to know if it "seems" faster and is it quiet? There were issues with the previous Air users with fan problems, I had to return mine last year because of this. I recall that starting from Nov 2020 + the fan is now removed from the Air.

I have one. Yes they are very fast and quiet, the battery life is really a big step forward as well.
I am comparing it to a fully loaded 2018 MacBook Pro. It's more than twice as fast, and was less then a third of the cost.

I too have one, powerful little machines. No moving parts is nice as well. If your air still has not shipped cancel the order and get it from Amazon. I picked up mine in two days shipped to my door for the same price.

Im in Germany there is really good extra warranty here. Purchasing it via Apple directly has its benefits speaking from buying several Apple products over the years.

I ordered the new Mac mini m1 about 2 weeks ago and should get it by feb 8th. The reviews are insane! Can’t wait to hook it up.
