..and I got to sleep around 10:00-10:30 pm

Very differently. It happens at 8 in the morning, it happens at 10 in the morning, it happens at 6 in the morning.

Usually I got to bed about 2-3AM and take 7-8 hours for sleeping.
So I'm waking up around 10-11AM ) |

Waking up time is not that important for me, can be 8 am, can be 11. I just make sure I sleep 8 hours, otherwise I am a walking deadman
