How much traffic do you get? You need high traffic to make $$$ with ad networks. It's pointless to flood your site with ads when you get barely any traffic. Focus on getting traffic first.

i think most of your traffic is from tier3 - usually it doesn't convert well for any advertisers.
but instead of testing cpm networks, try to test any affiliate offers like cams/dating/pills etc what's allowed in those geos

Yep, on begin is best to not have ads at all - it is known how google favors more sites without ads, not to mention how bounce rate is better then.

In my case, where 25% of my traffic is from USA, the best Popunder advertiser is Popcash.
1$ CPM and they have only 1 ad per 24h.
