I have a whitelabel setup with a custom domain but the domain has www in it, is it possible to make it so it doesn't have www ?

Probably not if it's only done by CNAME. You could maybe make "www" something else though, like "cams", depending on why you don't like "www".

You can only redirect your root domain to your whitelabel. Log in to cb affiliate, go to whitelabels, click on Manage and look for Redirecting the domain root instructions

Basically you have to change your root domain A record to whatever IP is in instructions. Eg

yourdomain.com. IN A 35.190.1.20
