Hi,

I have a tube site, AlivePassions (link in signature).

I am wondering if some experienced people can visit and provide some content and site related suggestions? I have been working on this since last 2 months but the results are not very encouraging, can you please provide me inputs about how I can improve my site and traffic.

Any inputs, suggestions or feedback is more than welcome.

No offense but...

I see you've installed a script, added a few videos and some ads, and that's it. Literally anybody can do that. There's nothing unique. Just installing a script isn't going to cut it in 2021.

Your site mimicks Pornhub, but lacks 100 times the features that Pornhub has. The rule in general - your site should be better than your competition, not less.

But for starters: I would go for an unique design, custom branding, a neat logo. Something that makes your site stand out in terms of design. And also, look into on-page SEO.

Instead of copying your competition, try to be unique, be different. Get a little creative... Learn to code and add some neat unique features (which your competition doesn't offer) etc.

Indian girls are nice. make the site focus on them and then divide into niches-indian solo-indian anal-indian blowjobs- etc. make it really easy for your visitor to find what turns them on. you can't compete on general porn so get as specific as you can and build a following.
