Try doing something more legit.
If I was to give anyone in any type of business. Do things legit from the start. Yes, trying to find a quick buck is tempting to do things not legit as to begin with you may make a few dollars, but often this is short term. Clearly if those credit card firms are not taking payments then your not legit, so go do something legit.

With all the payment process companies out there even taking high risk accounts - you can't find anyone? Even PayPal? and how exactly do you handle chargebacks after you paid someone?

Just give them your google voice number and when they call tell people to buy Target gift cards and forward you the numbers. Then contact Raj on black hat world forums and sell him gift cards at 50% of value. Make sure you stay up at night because most of the calls are going to be from US time zones.
