I don't know who did wrong but fact is: BongaCash bought Eurolive and existing customers but not the affiliates who recruited them.
Therefore all the affiliates which have been patiently recruiting customers for years to get a share on their expense 'for life' were scammed.
A nice move would have been to import affiliate database from Eurolive along with customers associated with their ID but uh... no. Why? The reason given was hilarious "it's technically impossible". Come on, everything can be done when manipulating databases, if only you'd bother...

How can you ever think of "building mutually beneficial relations" with someone who was involved in a huge ripoff?
