Chaturbate iframe tracking question
I've got the iframe up and running but can't see any hits from the tracking code I put in and when I tested it out, none of the links show the tracking codes included with most of the other links.
Is iframe tracking different? Is this a sign that I setup the code incorrectly? |

The iFrame calls the content via your affiliate link (src) and therefore setting the affiliate cookie (third party) on the users device. So, even if they click a non-affiliate link, such as that in the Iframe, the cookie will already exist (unless using private/incongnito browser or the user delete the cookie) for 30 days from when they viewed your iFrame, and you will be credited with the signup and any commission.

I really appreciate the explanation, that's good to know. Is there any way to tell what traffic came from the iFrame clicks versus other links? |

Code:
<iframe src="https://chaturbate.com/in/?tour=ABCD&campaign=12345&track=embed&signup_notice=1&disable_sound=1&mobileRedirect=never" height="480px" width="850px" frameborder="0" class="code" scrolling="no"></iframe> You can't view such detailed click analytics, but you can track signups/commission, which can be viewed on the CSV Transaction Log. So, if you have set your iFrame track parameter to 'sexyfunny-embed' (eg. &track=sexyfunny-embed), then a user registers, every time they spend you will see this in the 'Track' column of the CSV Log. Unsure if one of the third party Chaturbate tools can give you more detailed click analytics?

The Chaturbate iFrame is dead. Chrome blocks it for being too resource hungry. Such a shame, it was my favorite promo tool

I've seen that block before for some of the videos but never on the iframe embed; it's been working for me the whole time. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean by dead.
