Paxum EFT EUR Withdrawal Problem (Returned)

Since yesterday I'm having trouble with EFT EUR withdrawals. Strangely enough they are being returned to my Paxum account. I tried it 3 times, and 3 times they are being sent back to my Paxum account.

The message along the first two returned EFTs is; "unable to process EFT EUR, please resubmit WIRE USD", and the third notice is "Unable to process EFT EUR, please try withdrawing funds to a different account in other currency."

Now I would select USD if I could. But I can't change it from EUR.

Now support adviced me to keep trying in the following days, or to try withdrawing through another business bank account, which I don't have. I doubt it has anything to do with my bank, so I'm hesitant to make another business bank account.

It has been smooth sailing with Paxum for me for the past few months.

Does anyone else been having similar issues? What's the fix here?

It's not possible to change the currency in my Paxum account for SEPA transfers from EUR to USD. Or I would have tried that option.

I don't think it's an issue with your bank, I had once similar issue with wire. I remember I tried it regularly and one day it started working again. keep harassing support and Ruth

Hi jimstones22,
I'm really glad to hear you managed to get this resolved, and that you've received your funds already!

It's possible this problem could have been caused by a settings issue. When you get a chance can you please email me - [email protected] - reference this thread and let me know your account email so that I can have the techs do a quick check of your account to make sure all your account settings are accurate?

Thanks!
