I don't trust them enough to put in the work for fear that my work once again will be wasted when they decide they don't like 'nudity' anymore.

Yeah that too. Affiliate links, links back to our blogs even. Will nudity be cut off from all the rest of the users and will they be made to 'jump through hoops' to turn off safe search etc.

Sounds like Tumblr wants more users and realized they need porn back but don't really want porn.

Just use your own domain instead of affiliate links, and remember to go into settings and make sure that Tumblr doesn't change your links into their OWN affiliate links

I've been putting up links to our stuff all along. I just kept the images clean that are displayed on Tumblr
Never had any problem.

Thanks. I just started 1 blog a month ago and update it daily with erotic text and no images but with links to my site. It takes 30 seconds a day and that's all I'm willing to invest.
