Printing too much money, creating a negative interest rate and than you got high inflation.
That is how it went in the EU. And than next step was; Locking down everyone and handing out free money for a virus the youth could handle like an cold. And shut down supply chains and businesses. And than a war that caused an extra energy inflation. And ofcourse billions printed (and mostly wasted) for the climate.

We have over 10% mortgage rates here now and have had them like that for nearly a year.
If nothing else it motivated me to pay off the mortgage I had on office space and on one of the dental clinics. I have lease buyout on car in October and i'll be 100% debt free.
