Good recipes and things to make in air fryer?
My neighbor is moving and unloading extras so she gave me hers. I have always been curious about them but I have so many kitchen gadgets as is that I did not see a reason to buy one. Now that I have one, what should I make? I typically eat a very keto like diet, so I am mainly looking for nonbreaded meats. And maybe vegetables?

				 | its a convection oven that crisps, so there's a lot you can cook. short ribs are my favorite. 5 minutes @ 200c skin side up 25 minutes @ 130c skin side down 10 minutes @ 180c skin side up marinate with sauce or just salt and pepper when you turn them. falls off the bone. #

				 | Air fryers are great. The best thing we make in them are veggies like carrots. Sausages are really good cooked in an air fryer too. Experiment!

				 | You can make the absolutely best chicken strips in an air fryer. Also, if you like pizza and order a deep dish or similar style of "juicy" pizza, I will promise you, the pizza will be twice as good the next day in the air fryer if you heat it up gentle and then flash pan-fry the bottom in a little basil olive oil for 2 minutes. |

				 | Hmm I like that idea. I have egg "bites" every morning for breakfast. Scramble eggs, throw in some vegetables, cheese and whatever meats I have left over and bake in a muffin tin. They work out great, but looking for some variety. I'll check your method out.
