You know what really grinds my gears?
Affiliate programs who think its a good idea to automatically opt-in webmasters to the same newsletter they send their members.

Isn't there a provision in the CAN SPAM law where people can sue if they automatically get 'opted in'?

Some of newsletters where i was subscribed, ignores un-subscription request when clicking on it. While such e-mails ends up in spam folder once marked it, it is still visible when checking spam folder(since sometime legit e-mails end there, need to be checked regularly) . But my e-mail provider introduced good new feature right in time - you can bounce e-mails coming from specified address, so that way i wont see them even in spam folder.

Don't be so hard on e-mails. Everybody's out for a buck.
