I don't think these programs ever really change hands, the public "owner" is never the guy in charge. Never was, never will be. People who've been disgraced (or just don't want to risk it) just get a front man to run stuff, and when shit goes sideways they get somebody else.

It's actually a pretty smart way to do things if you think about it, even if you're not a scammer. It's been awhile since I read Machiavelli, but I seem to recall some advice to that effect.

I can't think of much of an upside to being the public owner of an adult program, I would love to not be an adult webmaster in the public's eyes, I guess that's a good goal for this year, establish a solid mainstream cover and get a CEO to run stuff for me.

yes you are right, they try to be tursted again, they guy in charge (Ben) is making other threads in other GFY pages claiming TR is alive, that is deserved to be trusted etc etc. I tried to trust them for a second time in 8 years, got payouts for a while, had always very good communication but now they just don't pay some affiliates as far as I have read and they never answer the email anymore.

That guy Ben is playing smart ass, you are right... payouts -even paxum ones- show as paid but didn't arrive to paxum, maybe someone is keeping the money in the middle who knows. My guess is that the big affiliate campaign they did between august and November last year (with weekend promos) was a desperate move before jumping ship and leave the biz... Why are you letting them use your software? Is there not some clause somewhere stating that by using nats, they are not allowed to use it to defraud affiliates? Honestly, Ive always done shitty with most nats programs. Even though ccbill sales are not what they use to be, I use to make bank with them and pretty much all other non-nats programs. I'm not saying there is some kind of conspiracy, Im just saying.

From what I remember, programs rent nats, and I could have sworn that when I was looking at using it, I thought I read somewhere that using it to defraud affiliates was against the rules. Someone please correct me If I am wrong, but I think it was Rhinocash that got in trouble for using your software in an incorrect manner and got canned for it.

If its not a clause, it should be, because it doesn't make your software look good.

So you say that's okay that someone isn't paying for months and referring this to "NATS software issue"? You are literally covering fraudulent actions right now by not interfering. What you should do is to clearly state whether the issue continues for almost three months already or it has been fixed and everything should have been calculated and paid by now. If it's the latter, then you are indeed not to be blamed and we will solely solve this with the affiliate program holding the payments.

That's obvious. Still, I assume that's reasonable enough to ask for confirmation whether the program owner is lying about your software or not. And that's to your benefit to dig to the bottom of it and sort this out if you are NATS.

There is no single other source of genuine information in this case.

We received delayed reports from our processors (it always take a while for chargebacks to show up) once these arrived NATS helped us solve the problem within days and import them.

NATS has been nothing but great to and for us and the industry, most programs would not be where they are without them.

We are sorry for any delays this may have caused you, unfortunately there are a ton of fraudulent affiliates out there and without proper imports/refund imports they are getting harder and harder to detect.

I haven't received any notification of a payment. My last payment, is still marked "PAID" from several months ago, but I never received it. I would think that If a check got sent, that PAID date would or should be updated.

As far as I am concerned, this is still unresolved and just another excuse. Haven't seen one person post that they got their PAXUM, or received any notifications that payments have been sent.

My concern is that people that have complained publicly are going to somehow end up on your "fraudulent webmaster" list. I hope that isn't the case, but I received a private message from someone that sure didn't sound good.

It seems kind of strange that all these fraudulent webmasters suddenly appear when people start complaining publicly.
