I'm calling BS on him. Seriously I find it extremely hard to believe his friends (who would have recognized the daughter as well) would suddenly say - hey look at this.
Then the guy starts buying content - did he not look at the photos first? did he not do any previews before buying? and in chatting you think something would tip off? Dad's do recognize their own kid - it doesn't appear she ran away at 5 or 10 but later in life. For her - I don't know how busy she is but could she not recognize the name of the purchaser? I hear of many other times where girls find out it was family or neighbor - why not your dad's credit card? Seems like a ploy honestly to get her recognized and in the media so more people will follow her.

While he might not have known it was her how can you have a daughter and be attracted to a "local girl" that has the same body type as your daughter?
Not related to this but back in the days when I had solo girl websites I had a model that her ex-stepfather from when she was very young till after pubery joined our solo girl website and rebilled a few times. Her mother had married 2 or 3 times while she was growing up but this was one that was her stepdad for close to a decade. Whenever a local person joined I would ask her if she knew them and that is how I found out about him.
