CCbill and Wise

Does anyone have experience receiving CCBill transfers through Wise?

I'd like to start using them now as CCBill is no longer making direct payments to European countries, but I've heard rumors they sometimes block/ban these accounts because CCBill has a bad reputation.

Any information would be appreciated.

pretty sure CCBil was blocked by Wise a couple years back

it's not that CCBill has a 'bad rep' (although some dealing with its outdated interface would beg to differ), but that their own website overtly references using it for processing (operative term) in CBD, dating, cams, 'high risk' biz aka anything adult

Wise is great, I use it to send money to my mom all the time

but trying to use it with CCBill even if you manage to get through? I'd guess would probs result in a ban sooner rather than later

:/

I don't think it's because CCbill has a bad rep but more because CCbill deals with adult and risky biz which goes against their tos. Eventually, they'll request documentation as to where your money is coming from and shitcan you.

well the info both myself and OHL provided is hardly not 'useful'

@Denny there are tons of documented cases of this, including on this board

and some have been told explicitly by CCBill that they don't/can't work with Wise. perhaps that's case by case, I dunno. don't receive payments from CCBill myself and not European so SEPA issues wouldn't affect me anyway

perhaps if one has an ACH (which they still offer) account to receive funds and then transfer to Wise that might work

not gonna pry into your situ Matyko as personal stuff for you and your co (btw s'up! hope you're doing awesome) but for straight CCBill to Wise it's trepidatious ground

anyway, good luck Lubas. nonsense CCBill cut off something as basic as SEPA

For some reason, the issue with ccbill payouts to Europe only seems to only be affecting their affiliate payouts and NOT their merchant payouts ????

We use ccbill as a backup processor to our own merchant account and they wire money directly to our UK bank account every week with no problems. If they can do it for merchants than I dont see why they cant do it for affiliates too ???

They must realise that this is probably going to kill off their whole affiliate system. If affiliates cant get paid then sponsors wont want to use them and neither will affiliates

Asked ccbill support about it a few weeks ago and the answer was no. The guy said that I should try it, however he is more then sure that it won't work.

Do you get payouts from other adult affiliate programs sent to Wise? Are you using a personal or business account? Thanks
