We are working with Exo for a very long time, and we are very happy with them. Our account manager is a Pro, she helps a lot and does a Great Job imo.
If they close an account they must do it for a reason.. If I were you, I would try to discuss the reason and resolve the issue rather than posting it here.

it can happen because of several reasons , but you can report on their support , bomb them with mails , send proves try to recover .
