Trouble with Wire Transfer: Seeking Help with Payment Issue
In July, I received a wire transfer to my bank in Australia, but the payment was sent to the wrong SWIFT / Bank Identifier Code (BIC).
I am waiting patiently for this issue to be resolved. Previously, I have never encountered any errors with payments. Since this involves a major cam company that handles many transactions at the end of each payment period, I would have expected this process to be fully automated using stored data. Curious to ask. |

Yes, of course. The issue is from last month, and the sending party are still trying to recall the wire. I am just trying to get an answer from someone knowledgeable about whether international wire transfers are processed with manually entered data each time. I would have assumed that this is not the case, and in my decade of experience, I have never heard of this happening with any other affiliate.
