If your like me and have your thumbnails and videos already encoded to your likings, and you do not need any sort of ffmpg then have a look at PHP Melody. https://www.phpsugar.com/phpmelody.html It runs virtually anywhere, shared, vps, dedicated, control panel, no panel.
