How recruit talent in Eastern-Europe for amateur content?

Hey guys,

I wanna shoot my own amateur niche fetish content.

I don't look to make substantial money on this, I just wanna make a presence on the biggest adult sites(would come in very handy, because my main work is in a different area of the adult industry, and I could use the traffic), and also to create my visions and have fun

I have some money to drop on this, I already bought a good camera, tripods, two iphones for additional shots, lights, toys, clothes.

I have a residence in Budapest and Brno. How would you go about finding talent in those areas? I'm open to methods to recruit myself, but I'm also happy to take recommendations for agencies.

The videos would not require showing face, and its not extreme at all, this isnt something that is very mentally or physically taxing - simple b/g on the softer side.

No, it's not worthless for me. I'm not looking to sell the individual videos or to set up a paysite, I just wanna build channels I can use later for my other projects as a base/traffic source. Plenty of people do similar things on tubes.

You are trying to build channels with videos that attract low traffic compared to normal (non-anonymous) scenes while the production cost difference is tiny to none. There are millions of these anonymous videos on tubes and girls from agencies won't charge less € just because you don't need them to show faces - they are already known, makes no sense.

Recruiting amateurs to shoot anonymous videos involving sex intended for public use won't be much cheaper given the hassle and risk (no-shows, no tests, spending a shit ton of time with their recruitment and explaining, still having to capture 2 forms of their IDs - which means you will have their names and addresses - and many other things) = poor effectivity. It just makes no sense.

I see your point. I'm not worried about the videos not attracting traffic (after all, traffic is all I have done my entire life ), but I start to see that you are right in all other aspects.

My initial thought process was that if Im gonna hire amateurs, they will be more willing to do it if their face won't be out there publicly. If im gonna utilize agencies, this is really pointless.

I have been doing cold outreach(obviously not randomly spamming women, im filtering hard and also using my own automations) on social media and dating apps meanwhile - I spent shitload of effort on this, im starting to see what can work, but overall I have a limited amount of success - but at least I have some. I have two girls scheduled who were actually enthusiastic about participating in this - but I really put in a disproportionate amount of work to get them.

I stopped shooting in 2017, no idea which agency is currently still working, sorry. But outside of Prague it will be incredibly hard. In my time Brno was still kind of busy but nowadays there is exactly nothing happening here anymore.
