Shouldn't it be okay to use since it's all provided by Chaturbate API?

You can claim if you use the image in a live feed mode. You cannot save pictures to re use them later.

I operate an affiliate site that uses Chaturbate’s official Promo Tools, including their embed player and the Users Online API v2.

All content displayed on my website is streamed directly from Chaturbate’s servers. I do not store, copy, host, or redistribute any copyrighted material. Everything shown on my site is controlled entirely by Chaturbate.

If there is allegedly infringing material, please provide:
• The exact URL on my website where the content appears
• Evidence that the content is not publicly available through Chaturbate
• Evidence that the performer disabled third-party embedding in their Chaturbate settings
• Proof of copyright ownership

Once this information is supplied, I will review it immediately.

I only use live feed mode from chaturbate promo tools, no images are ever saved

Counter it then. Chaturbate's embed shows live models and they have to agree to such when they sign a contract.
